This luxuriously spacious, light and delightfully tranquil Farmhouse can accommodate 16 persons comfortably or 6 couples. There is also'Garden Room' an extra room sleeps 4, can be rented for £160 for 1-3 nights. It is subject to availability and may be hired at extra cost, for over 16 in number. Wellin annexe may also be rented

Old fashioned relaxing armchairs and sofas, open log fire and well stocked bookshelves. This leads onto a conservatory, and overhanging greenery outside. French doors open out onto South facing decking.
Garden:
* 1 acre of secluded and secure garden, with high mixed hedges and fir trees surrounding the paddock and gardens. Paths lead you through the groves of silver birch, pines and flowering shrubs and exotic plants.
* Terraced lawns for picnics and barbecues, or just relaxing on the swing seats, or other garden furniture.
* The orchard has many fruit trees, so for those coming in late summer, help yourselves!
* There are local stables and many eventful bridleways. There are suggestions for walks in your Welcome Folder, so please bring your walking shoes. Or if you just want to sit and have a drink and listen to the locals, there are friendly taverns that are full of interest, some date back to the 14th Century.
* There is a giant trampoline somewhere in the garden, in summer
* Walk or drive past Rigside Farmhouse, on our single-track lane, for a breath taking 360° view of the rolling Cotswolds countryside.

You are surrounded by fields and a paddock. Your nearest town is Moreton in Marsh 3 ½ miles awayWest on the A44. Chipping Norton is 5 ½ miles East on the A44
Market day in Moreton is on Tuesday, you can buy pretty well anything there – there are great bargains. There is no where to park on Market day, so drive to Budgens supermarket and park there.
There are frequent trains from Worcester & Hereford to Moreton-in –Marsh, Oxford, London Paddington and Birmingham.
There are also country buses that go to Stratford-upon-Avon, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Stow-on-the-Wold and Cheltenham.
