Converted small mill on River Teign, 7 miles west of Exeter on Dartmoor National Park boundary. Peaceful rural setting in 5 acres gardens/woods.
The western end of the mill was the working part which has been converted into the holiday cottage. The cottage has extensive gardens for you to explore between the leat and the river and up the wooded valley behind the Mill-house - about 5 acres in all.
There is abundant wildlife to watch - foxes, deer and badgers, sometimes otters. Buzzards, ravens, sparrow-hawks and dippers, kingfishers, goldfinches and multitudes of tits and chaffinches fly about, whilst in season the air is loud with birdsong.
Secluded but easy access 1 mile Dunsford village, shops, garage. Good pubs/food nearby. 10 mins from fishing/golf, 30 mins seaside/riding,walking locally/ Dartmoor, National Trust Houses/Gardens.

Only weekly bookings accepted Christmas & New Year but with flexible changeover day.
