Turnstone Cottage is just a two minute walk from the village centre and its picturesque harbour. This 18th century, modernised fisherman’s cottage is Grade II listed and sleeps 2-4 + cot available.
The entrance hall leads to the comfortably furnished open plan sitting room and well equipped eat-in-kitchen. Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor bedroom which has twin beds and a cot. A sofa bed in the sitting room provides additional sleeping for 2 persons. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with three piece suite and a separate shower room. Electricity is provided via a slot meter. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The cottage is situated in a narrow road on a steep incline. While it is not possible to park outside the cottage, with care and depending on the size of car, it is possible to drive to the cottage to off load luggage etc. On street parking is available nearby on a first come served basis. Alternatively a weekly season ticket to the village car park, about four minutes walk away, can be purchased.
The cottage is convenient in summer for a range of amenities and attractions including nearby beaches, The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. Beyond the main season Turnstone Cottage provides a cosy base from which to explore the surrounding area.
