The apartment echoes the contours of its clifftop location so that all rooms, excluding bathrooms, have sea views. Access to the apartment is via stairs leading down from the main entrance door of the building. The apartment offers a spacious, comfortably furnished open plan living area with well equipped kitchen. Doors from the living area lead onto a private balcony which provides an ideal place to relax and watch the ever-changing seascape unfold below.
The master bedroom has twin beds and enjoys the additional benefit of an ensuite shower room. The comfortable second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a large family bathroom with white three piece suite.
The apartment is ideally located for the enjoying the surrounding area's many attractions such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, National Trust Properties such as Lanhydrock House together with Cornwall's many beautiful beaches and coves. Situated on the Southwest Coastal Path, Mevagissey is also a good base for walkers. Amongst other attractions, the village itself offers several excellent restaurants where locally caught fish can be enjoyed.
