4 Cottages - Situated on a working farm with stunning views over the River Tiddy towards St Germans Viaduct. Converted 18th century barn. Quiet location. With easy access to A38 and all amenities. There are wonderful farm walks available with a variety of wildlife to be seen. 40 minutes drive to the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan; the beautiful sandy beaches of Whitsand Bay, the towns of Looe & Polperro are about 10 miles, the Maritime city of Plymouth, 10 miles. Landrake village with its shop and pub serving meals is about 1.5 miles.
The Dairy is the largest cottage at Markwell Farm and sleeps six, one double room, one room with full size bunk beds and one twin room with ensuite shower (also separate bathroom). All the living area is open plan with a lounge / diner and a well equipped kitchen. This cottage can accommodate a wheelchair. The Dairy is all on the ground floor.
