Delightful 1800’s former fisherman's cottage retaining its original charm, with open beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls and Cornish stone fireplace. It is ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Polperro - an old smuggling village rich in charm and character - just a stone's throw from the shops, harbour and cliff walks.
The cottage comprises:
Two double bedrooms (4’ beds) which have co-ordinating furnishings and a duvet and 4 pillows to each sprung interior divan bed. There is a toiletry cabinet and wash hand basin, with a mirror over, shaver point, wardrobe and convector heater in each bedroom,
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, hand basin and illuminated shaver point, with mirror. Heating is via a fan heater.
The lounge/dining area which overlooks one of the quaint narrow streets leading down to harbour, boasts an open beamed ceiling and Cornish stone fireplace. The furnishings consist of a 3-piece suite, dining table and chairs, occasional table, colour television with DVD, and convector heater.
Inclusive night storage heating operates from October to April, to ensure the coziness of an out-of-season break in a fisherman's cottage.
The kitchenette (also with an open beamed ceiling) is well equipped and includes an electric cooker, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, kettle, iron and board, vacuum cleaner, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery etc.

• Electricity is supplied through a £1 slot meter.
• Hot water is supplied by an electric immersion heater.
• No linen is provided, but is available for hire.
• A private car parking space is available 350 yards from the cottage.
• There is a small drying area outside the cottage.
• Personally supervised by local resident owners, ensuring a high
standard of cleanliness.
