Polperro is situated on the South East Cornish Coast, with its delightful blend of spectacular cliffs, sandy coves and sheltered harbours.
Beville Cottage is a charming, mid-terraced, former fisherman’s cottage with traditional open beamed ceilings. It is centrally located in the picturesque village of Polperro, just a few yards from the shops, harbour and cliff walks.
The cottage comprises:
A spacious, comfortable lounge, with an open beamed ceiling, 3-piece suite, dining table and chairs, occasional table, colour television, electric fire with convector and also a panel heater.
Kitchen/diner (also with an open beamed ceiling) has a table and chairs and is well equipped with all the necessary essentials, including an electric cooker, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, kettle, iron and board, vacuum cleaner, toaster, microwave, washing machine, crockery and cutlery etc
Two double bedrooms (one with a 4’6” bed and one with a 4’ bed) have co-ordinating furnishings and a duvet and 4 pillows to each sprung interior divan bed. The larger room has an extra small single bed (suitable for a child). One bedroom also has a wash handbasin. Both rooms have a wardrobe and convector heater.
The bathroom has a bath, WC, hand basin, shaver socket and heating via an infra-red wall heater.
There is a small front garden and patio garden at the rear, with drying facilities.
