Situated just outside the peaceful village of Great Ryburgh on the owner’s farm, which has six acre adjacent to the River Wensum (available for fishing). Small carp pond with King and Ghost koi to 20lb. The cottage has two gardens and there is a private indoor heated pool on site for use by arrangement Saturday from arrival till 6pm.Monday to friday 9am till 12pm then 2pm till 5pm (free).
It is within easy reach of many tourist attractions and only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful North Norfolk Coastline.
The local pub which serves delicious home cooked food is two minutes walk and children are welcomed.
The village has a shop - 4 miles to nearest supermarket. It is 1/2 hr drive to bustling Norwich; it is great for walks, cycling, bird watching, fishing and painting.
This property offers 2 double bedroom, 1 double/twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower, bathroom with bath and separate shower, large lounge with log burner with double sofa bed, separate kitchen with large table seats 10, private garden.
