Extremely comfortable the cottage is very well equipped and is close to local village shops, pub and take away restaurants. It has private parking and a private mature walled garden perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing. The lounge includes an additional double bed settee. With Leuchars train station a mile away and buses to St Andrews every 15 minutes up to midnight, the cottage is extremely well located with excellent transport links. Pets are welcome after prior arrangment with the owners. A laundry service available on request.
