Great location in private cul-de-sac this 4 bedroom semi-detached property is located between the two beautiful beaches at Treyarnon and Constantine bays. Both beaches are only 5 minutes walk along the headland.
The property has been redesigned so that the living space is located upstairs, giving outstanding views over Constantine Bay and Trevose Head. The dining/kitchen is located open plan to the lounge. The dining table will comfortably seat 8 and the kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave as well as a large fridge and separate freezer.
The double bedroom and a twin bedroom are found on the ground floor along with a family bathroom which includes a bath with shower over. Two single bedrooms are found upstairs along with an additional toilet. A Z bed is also available in the property. The washing machine is located in a cupboard at the back of the property.
Facilities include Sky TV including the sports channels and a DVD player. There is also a telephone which accepts incoming calls which is useful since there can be no mobile phone reception locally. The property also has a large garden with picnic table and car parking for at least 3 cars. The lobby can be used to store surf boards and other beach equipment.
St Cadocs is also only a mile from Trevose Golf Club and 5 miles from Rick Stein's Padstow.
Friday change over. Access to the property is from 3pm. We ask that you vacate the property by 11am.
