The property is situated about 400 feet above sea level with uninterrupted views over National Trust land to the sea at Seacombe Bay (a 15-20 min walk). From the stile near the house the Priest’s Way footpath leads to the seaside town and blue flag beaches of Swanage and to the walks down to the South West Coast path and the sea.
