Tot Cottage is a small, Victorian, 'two up -two down' listed stone cottage.
It sits at the seaward end of a short terrace, built in 1862. Tot Cottage is only 50 yards from the famous Chesil Beach, which is beyond the promenade and sea wall. It's an ideal base for two couples; well situated for lovely walks, bird watching, sailing and other water sports. The Sailing Academy and harbour are just a mile away.
The cottage has 2 double bedrooms up a narrow staircase. The shower and toilet are on the ground floor (complimentary toiletries) The lounge/diner has table and chairs, sofa and leather armchair, plus Freeview TV, DVD player, a selection of films and plenty of books and guides.
The well-equipped kitchen has cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and microwave etc.
Bedlinen is supplied and electricity is included in the rental.
The cottage has a small rear yard. To the side is a large walled and gated garden area with deck for sunbathing and al-fresco dining, with table chairs and loungers. There is space for small boat storage or car parking if necessary (which is usually available close by)
There are plenty of places to eat nearby - local restaurants, cafes, pubs and take-aways. The Cove House Inn is the 'local' with stunning views across Chesil Cove.
