Surf schools available at Polzeath and boat hire or sailing lessons from Rock.
Cycle along the picturesque Camel Estuary from Bodmin or Wadebridge to Padstow. Bike hire available at all three towns or take the ferry from Rock to Padstow and enjoy a meal at Rick Stein’s various restaurants.
