The cottage has been thoughtfully converted by the owner who lives next door (property adjoining) and is comfortably furnished throughout with interesting features, latched doors and night storage heating.
Hartland boasts shops for most essentials and three pubs. Location is excellent centre for touring as only 25 miles from Exmoor, 35 miles from Dartmoor and 45 miles from Bodmin moor, with the Cornish coast stretching to the South and West, tucking away some delightful fishing villages and remote resorts.
