This room has it's own breakfast area and kitchenette. The main bathroom is upstairs.
Downstairs, extremely spacious entrance hall, cloakroom and toilet. Lounge with comfortable seating for 14, dining room with seating for 18 and dining area in kitchen to seat 8. Sunroom with views over the garden, shower room and toilet, door to the garden.
