| Chitcombe Cottage, Woolland is a secluded cottage offering peace and tranquillity. Set in a private nature reserve and located at the foot of Bulbarrow Hill - with its spectacular views over five counties - it is ideal for birdwatchers, wildlife enthusiasts, walkers and tourists.
Bulbarrow Hill has recently been commemorated as one of the few worldwide areas of outstanding beauty; ranking alongside Beachy Head and the Grand Canyon.
Local amenities offer shopping, pub meals, golf, fishing, horse riding, walking routes, cycling routes etc. Local sightseeing includes Sherborne Castle, Milton Abbas, Cerne Abbas (with its giant!), Shaftsbury and Wimborne. The coastal towns of Bournemouth, Poole, Weymouth, Swanage and Lulworth Cove are about 45 minutes drive. Days out can include Bath, Longleat, Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole, Lyme Regis, Winchester, the New Forest and much more.
